Get started with your ResponderOne account.

Accepting an Invitation

If you've received an invitation email to join your department's ResponderOne account:

  1. Click the Accept Invitation link in your email
  2. If you're a new user, you'll be prompted to:
    • Enter your full name
    • Create a password
  3. If you already have a ResponderOne account, simply click to accept
  4. You'll be redirected to your department's dashboard

Invitation links expire after a set period. If your link has expired, contact your department administrator to resend the invitation.

Signing In

To access your account:

  1. Go to dashboard.responderone.app
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and enter your new password

Switching Between Departments

If you're a member of multiple departments:

  1. From any page, click on the ResponderOne logo in the top left
  2. This will take you to your dashboard showing all your departments
  3. Click on the department you want to access
