Access your department's resources on the go with the ResponderOne mobile app. Available for both iOS and Android devices, the app provides offline access to all your critical resources.

What is ResponderOne?

ResponderOne is a mobile resource management platform designed for first responders and emergency services. It provides:

  • Offline access to all department resources
  • Real-time updates when connected to the internet
  • Quick access to protocols, contacts, and documents
  • Smart search to find resources instantly
  • In-document search to find text within PDFs
  • Bookmarks for frequently used resources

Downloading the App

The ResponderOne app is available on both major mobile platforms:

First Time Setup

After downloading the app, follow these steps to get started:

  1. Open the app on your device
  2. Sign in with your credentials (provided by your department administrator)
  3. Select your department if you have access to multiple departments
  4. Wait for the initial download - All resources will be downloaded for offline access
  5. Start exploring your department's resources

The initial download may take a few minutes depending on the size of your department's resource library and your internet connection speed.

App Navigation

The ResponderOne app has three main tabs:

Home Tab

Your personalized dashboard featuring:

  • Quick access to bookmarked resources
  • Important announcements (coming soon)
  • Your department logo and name

Resources Tab

Browse and access all department resources:

  • Navigate through folders and pages
  • View PDFs, protocols, and documents
  • Access contact information
  • Open web resources

Settings Tab

Manage your account and preferences:

  • View your profile information
  • Switch between departments (if applicable)
  • Access legal documents
  • Sign out
