Customize your department's name and logo in ResponderOne.

Permissions

Viewing this page requires the View Entity Settings permission; making changes requires Manage Entity Settings. The built-in Admin role has both.

Accessing Settings​

  1. Navigate to Settings under the Entity Management section of the sidebar
  2. You'll see the Entity Profile form

This is your department's settings page. Your personal profile and password live in the other Settings entry, under My Account.

Department Name​

The department name appears throughout the platform:

  • The dashboard's Home page
  • Mobile app header
  • Member invitation emails

To change your department name:

  1. Edit the Entity name field
  2. Click Save changes

Upload your department's logo to white-label the experience.

Specifications:

  • Format: PNG or JPEG (SVG is not supported)
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
  • Any dimensions work — you'll crop the image to a circle after uploading, so roughly square images crop most predictably

To upload a logo:

  1. Click the logo upload area (or drag an image onto it)
  2. Select your image file
  3. In the Resize Logo dialog, drag to reposition and zoom to scale the circular crop
  4. Click Apply — the logo saves immediately

To remove it later, click Remove logo.

The logo appears in:

  • The dashboard's top bar (on the user menu)
  • The mobile app
  • The department selection screen

Saving Changes​

  • The logo saves as soon as you click Apply and updates across the dashboard immediately
  • The name saves when you click Save changes; other open pages may need a refresh to show it

Best Practices​

  • Use a clear, recognizable logo - Members should immediately recognize your department
  • Keep it professional - The branding appears in all official contexts
  • Test on mobile - Check how your logo looks in the mobile app
