Dashboard Overview

Understanding the ResponderOne dashboard interface.

The dashboard has two main areas:

Located on the left side of the screen, the sidebar provides access to:

  • Home - Your department dashboard
  • Resources - View published resources (all users)

Admin-only sections:

  • Manage Resources - Edit and publish resources
  • Members - Manage team members
  • Settings - Department configuration

Top Header​

The header contains:

  • ResponderOne logo - Click the logo to return to your dashboard home page
  • Theme toggle (light/dark mode)
  • Sign out button

User Roles​

ResponderOne has two user roles:

Member​

  • View published resources
  • Access the mobile app
  • View department information

Administrator​

  • All member permissions, plus:
  • Manage and publish resources
  • Invite and manage team members
  • Configure department settings and branding

Mobile Navigation​

On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a mobile menu accessible from the header.
